How delivery works

We want your flowers to arrive beautifully and at the right place. Please check the delivery details at checkout before placing your order.

Delivery address

Enter the recipient’s full name, phone number, delivery address, and any useful directions or landmark. If the flowers are a surprise, use the recipient’s phone number so we can reach them if needed.

Delivery availability and charges

Available delivery options and any applicable charges are shown at checkout after you enter the delivery address. 

Timing and special requests

Include any delivery instructions when placing your order. If you need delivery by a particular date or time, contact us before ordering to confirm availability. We’ll do our best to accommodate requests, but a requested time is not guaranteed unless we confirm it.

If we cannot reach the recipient

Please make sure the recipient can be contacted at the number provided. If the address or contact details need changing after you order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Changes may not be possible once delivery is underway.
