1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver all over Kenya

If your location is outside our delivery zone, please contact us before placing an order to confirm availability.


2. Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery is available between 9:00 AM โ€“ 6:00 PM.
  • Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 4.00pm.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered the next business day.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or high demand periods.


3. Delivery Fees

  • Delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery location and will be displayed at checkout.
  • Additional charges may apply for urgent, or remote area deliveries.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed immediately after payment confirmation.
  • During peak periods (e.g., holidays, special occasions), processing times may be slightly longer.

5. Recipient Availability

It is the customerโ€™s responsibility to ensure that the recipient is available at the delivery address.

If the recipient is unavailable, we may:

  • Leave the flowers in a safe and secure location
  • Leave them with a neighbor, receptionist, or security personnel
  • Contact the recipient to arrange an alternative delivery time

Additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges.


6. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure all delivery details are accurate.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Redelivery due to incorrect information may require an additional fee.

7. Special Delivery Instructions

You may include special instructions (e.g., preferred delivery time, gate access details) when placing your order. While we will do our best to follow them, we cannot guarantee all requests.


8. Delays & Exceptions

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by:

  • Traffic conditions
  • Weather disruptions
  • Events beyond our control (e.g., strikes, road closures)

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to complete the delivery as soon as possible.
